Choosing A Family Friendly ISP Internet Service Provider
What is your primary motivation in selecting an ISP? Price? Features? Dependability? How does Traditional Family Values fit into your financial stewardship decisions?
Consider these two definitions:
Holistic: [adj] Emphasizing the importance of the whole and the interdependence of its parts.
Holistic Theory: [noun] The theory that the parts of any whole should be considered in relation to the whole, and that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
As a Christian, or someone who believes in Traditional Family Values; principles and beliefs should be foremost as the motivating factor in making any decision. Making a purchasing decision based on factors such as Price, Performance, or Dependability should be secondary to whether or not the purchasing decision overall, is a good one. One is not making a good stewardship decision to choose an secular ISP that costs less than a Family Friendly ISP, when the secular ISP's promote ungodly anti-family agendas such as supporting the porn, homosexual, abortion, or feminist agendas, or any other anti-Traditional Family Values agendas.
Regardless of what ISP one chooses, the decision should be based on good principles and values. That means not using a secular ISP when there is the option of using a Family Friendly ISP. With Family Friendly ISP's now covering a lot of the country, most people and families do in fact have a choice. Crossway ISP covers over 95 percent of the country! CANCELLATIONS OVERVIEW
As noted below - Cancellations require that you must have contacted Tech Support first if there were any technical issues involved in your reason for cancelling. Tech support at their discretion, may take a telephonic cancellation request. However - Proper notification must still be sent in writing as noted below. This is your responsibility. We do not keep cancellation requests that come in before the end of your monthly period. If you send in a cancellation request we will cancel your
service immediately upon receipt of the cancellation request if it is properly cancelled.
Bring Your Own Access Accounts and Web Accelerator Accounts follow the same cancellation procedures as Dial-Up Accounts

Potential Subscriber Responsibility Prior To Signup
It is the potential subscriber's responsibility to have thoroughly evaluated our offering, pricing, and features BEFORE signing up. Signing up for the service and then canceling the service because you found something cheaper, or decided you just don't want the service is not a reason for refund. Signing up for our service then moving to another service will constitute evidence of having not agreed with TOS/AUS Policies
CrosswayISP is a Christian Ministry and we resolve issues, be they technical or billing, in a Christian fashion. Those who sign up for our services are expected to have done so based on their complete agreement with our TOS/AUS Policies
Setup Fees: Since we only provide service on a monthly basis, we only provide a refund of the service fee if cancelled in writing within 7 days by email to
billing@crosswayisp.net in
accordance with the policies herein stated.
Setup fees are not refundable since we incur those charges at the time of setup. We receive no setup refunds from our provider thus
we do not provide setup refunds. It is the subscriber's responsibility to make sure they want the service before signing up.
Cannot Connect: Sadly, some customers have tried to claim they could not get connected and have tried to cancel their service for that reason. This is almost always untrue. We do not install any software on the subscriber computer like AOL,
EarthLink, MSN etc.. We simply configure what you already have for dial up networking on your computer to use our service. For that reason, it is an almost 100 percent certainty that if you cannot get signed on, the problem is with your computer, or invalid information provided on signup, not our service.
We provide 24x7x365 toll free, free tech support to help customers with setting up their computer to access the Internet with our service.

Failure to contact tech support in order to resolve sign on issues will result in the customer not qualifying for any refund whatsoever. If the subscriber is not satisfied with the support received via tech support, they must contact the owner at
support@crosswayisp.net
to give him the opportunity to resolve the issue.
Complete agreement with our TOS/AUS Policies required prior to signing up for service.
It is the responsibility of the subscriber to know and adhere to the AUS/TOS policies. Failure at any time to adhere to the AUS/TOS policies shall result in termination of the account with no refund due. Termination for violation of our AUS/TOS policies will result in termination with no refund due.
WRITTEN CANCELLATION REQUIRED In order to cancel your account you must notify Crossway Christian ISP in Writing via email to
billing@crosswayisp.net.
As noted above setup fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Refund of The Monthly Service Fee
To receive a refund of the service fee you must comply with the following:
1. Cancellation requests must be made within seven(7) days of signup via billing@crosswayisp.net Refunds will only be made if we could not resolve a failure to connect issue..
2. Subscriber must have made a good faith effort to resolve any cannot connect issues including:
A. Contacting Tech Support at 1-877-281-3672 for unable to connect issues and following the instructions of the tech support advisor.
B. Follow up with tech support via 24 hour support email service phone or 24hoursupport@crosswayisp.net. and
3. Have contacted Rick Stoneking personally including in the event that tech support could not resolve the issue in order to give admin the opportunity to try to resolve the issue. and
4. We do not provide pro-rated refunds. Cancellation of service after the initial seven day period will be effective immediately upon meeting the cancellation Policy or violating our TOS/AUS Policies.
ALWAYS contact us if you have any complaints about your service that tech spt or other departments were not able to handle to your satisfaction.
We need your feedback to make sure issues are properly resolved.
Whenever you need to speak with any support staff, you MUST make a note of anyone you talked to (first and last name), the time and date, and as best as you can
recollect, all that was said. If you had a problem with
the support staff or found them to be unhelpful, rude etc., an email must be sent within 24 hours of the incident, no matter what day of the week, to Admin@crosswayisp.net
